1. Informational service only

CoinMetrix is a data tool for cryptocurrency markets. It provides market data, charts, news and analytical tools for general informational purposes only.

CoinMetrix does not provide financial, investment, trading, legal, tax or other professional advice. Nothing in the service is a recommendation, solicitation or endorsement to buy, sell or hold any asset. You are solely responsible for your financial and trading decisions and should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

2. Data accuracy and availability

We aim to provide accurate, timely and reliable information. However, market data and other content may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or inaccurate because of software defects, third-party data sources, exchange outages, connectivity failures or other events.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. You should independently verify information before relying on it. CoinMetrix is not responsible for losses or damages arising from your reliance on the service or from your financial or trading decisions.

3. Third-party data

Market information may be supplied by cryptocurrency exchanges and other third parties. CoinMetrix is independent of those providers and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for them unless we expressly say otherwise.

FRED® API notice: This product uses the FRED® API but is not endorsed or certified by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.

By using CoinMetrix, you agree to be bound by the FRED® API Terms of Use where the service uses data obtained through the FRED® API.

4. Account data and deletion

We collect and store email addresses, session data and account-related preferences for security and account-management purposes. Further detail about how we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

You may delete your account through the Terminal account settings or ask us to delete account data by contacting contact@coinmetrix.app from your registered email address. We may need to verify a contact request before acting on it.

5. Worldwide access

CoinMetrix is made generally available online and is not directed at users in any particular country. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful where you access it. These terms do not remove any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in your country of residence.

6. Payment, billing and refunds

CoinMetrix may offer Premium and Ultra subscriptions on monthly or annual billing intervals. The applicable plan, price, billing interval and recurring nature of the subscription are shown before you confirm payment. Payments and payment-card details are processed by Stripe; CoinMetrix does not collect or store your full card details.

Subscriptions renew for the selected billing interval until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a Stripe subscription through Terminal settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and paid access continues until that verified period ends. Cancelling does not by itself refund charges already paid. Contact contact@coinmetrix.app about a billing or refund request. Any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
